ABOUT THE FOUNDER
 On Point Business Support Solutions, LLC was founded by Patricia Morgan, who brings over twenty years of experience in organizational management, business operations, information technology, project management, and customer service.
As a previous Senior Director at Microsoft Corporation, Patricia led multiple organizations, designed and restructured operations, led supply chain operations, implemented IT solutions, and served as an internal senior consultant on mission critical projects. She was recognized as a "Senior Woman at Microsoft" and "Women in IT" leader. She completed the highly selective Microsoft Operations Executive Leadership Development program, with only the top 2% of employees selected.
Throughout Patricia's career, she has been a highly respected leader known for her integrity, resilience, interpersonal style, disciplined approach to problem solving, and ability to build trusted relationships with all levels of clients and senior management.
